PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide air milk and air mortar attaining the miniaturization of equipment and further increasing the stability of bubbles, a method for producing them, and a construction method using the air milk and air mortar.SOLUTION: In a method for producing air milk and air mortar used as a blending product in a construction field, by mixing ultra-rapid hardening cement, an alpha-olefin sulfuric acid based powder frother and water, air milk and air mortar are produced. The air milk and the air mortar are a mixture of ultra-rapid hardening cement, an alpha-olefin sulfuric acid based powder frother and water.
