PURPOSE:To provide the title sauce ensuring 'natto' to be easily eaten as a result of 'natto' odor, containing ascorbic acid and/or its derivative. CONSTITUTION:The objective sauce incorporated with ascorbic acid and/or its derivative. Use of such ingredient(s) (e. g. L-ascorbic acid) will eliminate 'natto' odor; thus, even persons who have felt eating 'natto' to be difficult because of its peculiar odor will be able to enjoy eating 'natto' without any reluctance. |
