A liposome mixt.-stabilized compsn. comprises a non-ionic active agent, a compsn. combined the agent with polyhydric alcohol, an antiseptic of benzoic acids and a resin as an emulsifying stabilizer. The active agent is sugar ester of formula (I) [R= alkyl produced from sugar and fatty acid. The antiseptic is pref. paraoxy benzoic acid methyl and propyl, or sodium ethylene diamine tetraacetate. The compsn. is useful for moisture creams, and has good skin beauty effects.
