SPRAY OPAQUE COMPOSITION FOR COATING DENTAL APPLIANCES

A spray opaque composition for coating restorations comprises 10-30 weight % opaque material, 10-30 weight % restoration wetting agent, 10-30 % suspending agent for maintaining opaque material in suspension for spraying and 10-70% propellant. The wetting agent is an alcohol selected from a group consisting of methyl, ethyl, isopropyl and any mixtures thereof. Preferably, the wetting agent is anhydrous. The suspending agent is trichlorotrifluoroethane. The propellant is selected from a group consisting of isobutane, butane, chlorodifluoromethane and any mixtures thereof.
