PURPOSE:To rapidly execute collating processing by forming two-hierarchical structure as a collection and delivery center for accident card check data. CONSTITUTION:When an accident occurs in a credit card, a host computer 1 in a card company forms the check data of the credit card concerned and transmits the data to a 1st collection and delivery device 2. The 1st device 2 receives plural check data similarly formed by plural host computers 1 in plural card companies and transmits the data to respective 2nd collection and delivery devices 3. When the credit card is inserted into each credit card collating terminal equipment 4 in each credit card agency, its data are sent to the 2nd device 3 and the existence of the corresponding data is returned. The equipment 4 commands the continuation or stop of the transaction based upon the received data. |
