PURPOSE:To obtain the title composition which comprises cis-form (racemic modification) and trans-form (racemic modification) of methyl (dihydro)jasmonate by specifying the cis/trans ratio to give the title composition having high smell intensity. CONSTITUTION:A cis/trans ratio should be specified to 20-50wt.% cis-form and 80-50wt.% trans-form in the title composition comprising cis-form (racemic modification) and trans-form (racemic modification) of methyl (dihydro) jasmonate. |
