PURPOSE:To prevent the respective transistors of a power transistor module section from being broken by setting function for discriminating whether the data of output generated actually from a real timer I/O port is correct or not, and by stopping inverter control with the data is not correct. CONSTITUTION:In a memory section 9, besides the function of a conventional memory section, the output data of a real timer I/O port is stored, and the section 9 is provided with function for storing a comparing data to be compared with said output data, and a micro-computer 10 is provided with function for generating the output of stop signal from an output port by the output data and the comparing data, besides the function of a conventional micro-computer. Besides, the micro-computer 10 has function for discriminating whether the data of output generated actually from the real timer I/O port is correct or not, and when the data is not correct, then inverter control is contrived to be stopped. As a result, the respective transistors of its power transistor module section can be prevented from being broken. |
