The process, based on using hydrogen peroxide (oxygenated water) as disinfectant and neutralizer suitable for destabilizing the hydrogen peroxide once it has fulfilled its function, focuses its characteristics on the fact that, inside the disinfecting container, there is an independent receptacle or compartment for receiving the neutralizer, such as, for example, an enzymatic catalyst, and it has holes in its wall in order to allow intercommunication which, as a function of the "passage" defined by the holes, does not come into being until a sufficient period of time has elapsed for the hydrogen peroxide to have satisfactorily fulfilled its disinfecting function.
