The invention relates to a food preparation appliance comprising: an electric motor built into a base that is mechanically connected to at least one container (200); a drive means rotated by the motor and connected to at least one rotatably movable tool; part (225) of the movable tool, which extends through an opening in the base of the container and comprises a bearing having one part that can pass through an opening in the base of the container so as to be rotationally immobilised therein, and a shaft extending through the bearing and designed to be rotated by the drive means; and a washer (205) rotatably mounted under the bearing, the bearing and the washer having matching shapes and the washer having a locking relief form (210). The base of the appliance comprises a fixed relief form around the drive shaft, having a shape that matches that of the relief form on the washer, which fixed relief form drives the washer into its abutment position as the container is being rotated into its locked position on the base. |
