PURPOSE:To simplify the structure and securely prevent resin from intruding thereinto by allowing a T-shape arranged resin passage and a gas passage to be opposed each other, and providing a valve chamber at the intersection of the two passage, and further providing a third passage as the common passage of resin and gas in the injection molding of plastic. CONSTITUTION:On a nozzle main body 2 formed with a supplying conduit 1 communicating to an injection cylinder, a resin passage 3 is provided in the edge of the supplying conduit 1. A valve chamber 5 is provided at the intersection of the resin passage 3 and the gas passage 4 opposed therewith. A common passage 6 for resin and gas as a third passage arranged in a T-shape in conjunction with the two passages is provided passing through the nozzle chamber 5 and nozzle tip 7. In the gas passage, a valve 8 is provided wherein, in the case that resin is injected thereinto, the valve 8 is pressed to a valve 9a for closing gas passage 4, with the result that the resin is prevented from intruding into the gas passage 4. During the gas injecting period, the valve 8 is seated on a valve seat 2a formed in the valve chamber 5 in opposition to the valve seat 9a, whereby gas is prevented from intruding into the resin passage 3. |
