A method for manufacturing a complex panel made of artificial marble and the panel thereof are provided to prevent reduction of coherence caused by difference of contraction degree and a cracking problem etc by inserting foam of a plate shape between two layers of the artificial marble. A method for manufacturing a complex panel made of artificial marble comprises the followings: pouring a mixture(1), a fist artificial marble material in a frame(S110); putting a foam(4) of a plate shape on an upper part of the mixture of the first artificial marble material horizontally(S120); pouring the mixture(6) of a second artificial marble material before hardening the mixture of the fist artificial marble material(S130); hardening the mixture of the first and the second material(S140); and pulling out the hardened panel from the frame.
