<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a metal fitting for fixing a building panel such as an exterior wall panel and a building component such as a column of a building or another exterior wall panel to each other, which allows for easy adjustment of the relative position even in the case that working from the rear side of the building panel is impossible. <P>SOLUTION: A fixing metal fitting comprising a collar bolt and a pedestal including a contact part in contact with a surface of a building component, a bolt holding part containing a collar part of the collar bolt, and a bolt insertion hole bored in the bolt holding part. The collar bolt has a shank projecting from the bolt insertion hole, and the collar part of the collar bolt is contained in the bolt holding part to be freely fitted therein.
