PURPOSE:To lower a manufacturing cost by a method wherein this body is formed of an Ni-Fe-based high-permeability material whose density ratio is a specific value or higher and which is formed by sintering a powder. CONSTITUTION:An organic binder which is composed of 1.0 to 7.0 pts.wt. of methyl cellulose, 0.5 to 10.0 pts.wt. of glycerin and 3.0 to 10.0 pts.wt. of water against 100 pts.wt. of a powder is mixed and kneaded with a main raw material as an alloy or a metal powder at a particle size of 50mum or lower; a plastic kneaded substance is formed; the kneaded substance is extended and molded to be a cylindrical body; the binder is removed; and after that, the body is sintered. Thereby, the density ratio of a sintered alloy is kept at 95% or higher; a magnetically soft property which is required at a cylindrical body for shield use of a differential transformer or the like is satisfied; and a production cost can be lowered. |
