An embedded touch screen, a display device and a manufacturing method therefor. The embedded touch screen comprises: an array substrate (22), a color film substrate (21) and a plurality of spacers (23) arranged between the array substrate (22) and the color film substrate (21), each spacer (23) comprising a top face as well as a first side face and a second side face which are arranged opposite to each other. The embedded touch screen comprises touch electrodes (24), and the touch electrodes (24) are respectively laid on the top faces as well as at least parts of the first side faces and/or the second side faces of the column-shaped spacers (23). By laying touch electrodes on column-shaped spacers, the surface areas of the touch electrodes are enlarged, the mutual capacitance between a touch drive electrode and a touch sensitive electrode is increased, and induction capacitance generated by touching by a finger is further increased; and furthermore, the influence of a liquid crystal layer on touch is reduced, the signal-to-noise ratio is improved, and the sensitivity and accuracy of touch judgment are improved. |
