1. A method for indoor correction of natural light in order to improve physiological development, metabolic transformation and endocrine gland activity as well as to bring indoor light conditions closer to outdoor conditions, natural for any living organisms. The method consists in putting filters on windows and/or skylights, with the reservation however that the area of windows and/or skylights that let through unmodified natural or artificial electromagnetic radiation constitutes at least 2.1 % of the total area of windows and/or skylights. Photon environment of a room thus received comprises at least 2.1 % of light radiant power uninterfered with filters. This type of photon environment is characterised by radiant power, i.e. spectral concentration in band ranging from 500 nanometres to near infrared, stronger than the radiant power of the spectrum of 500 nanometres towards short waves.2. A method applied according to point 1 distinctive in that it applies filter layers representing different states of aggregation i.e. media in solid, liquid and gaseous form or mixed combinations thereof.
