PURPOSE:To obtain the subject compsn. having a high Curie point, a low coefft. of mechanical quality, a high electromechanical coupling factor and a high relative dielectric constant by incorporating PbZrO3, PbTiO3, etc., in a specified ratio. CONSTITUTION:Powders of Pb3O4, ZrO2, TiO2, SnO2, Nb2O5 and Sb2O3 are wet-mixed so as to form 1mol, in total, of 0.47-0.5mol PbZrO3, 0.43-0.48mol PbTiO3 and 0.02-0.08mol Pb(Sn1/3Nb2alpha/3Sb2(1-alpha)/3)O [0.2<=alpha<=0.6] and the mixture is dried, calcined, wet-pulverized and dried. The resulting powder is mixed with an org. binder, press-molded and fired in an oxidizing atmosphere. |
