<p>PURPOSE:To prevent malfunction of semiconductor due to stray light and reduce an unnecessary radiation belt by setting a sheet electromagnetic wave cut-off material which is conductive and printedly formed on the plane of an insulating substrate opposed to the setting plane of a semiconductor device. CONSTITUTION:A wiring pattern 2 is formed on a substrate 1 whose surface is formed of insulating material such that a part of the wiring pattern 2 faces a metal projection 3 each other, so that the electrode 4 on a semiconductor device 6 is electrically connected to the pattern 2 on the substrate 1 by means of the projection 3. An insulating resin 5 has such a mechanism as hardening or adhesive strength can be manifested by such an external energy as heating or light, etc. When the projection 3 on the semiconductor device 6 and the pattern 2 on the substrate 1 are pressed, the resin 5 which exists between them is pushed away and they are made to be electrically conducted; then, if an external energy is applied to the resin 5, it is hardened or becomes addhesive so that their mechanical connection is held as they remain electrically conductive. Electromagnetic wave cut-off material 7 may select shading frequency according to the purpose of its use. If the material 7 is shading material, a malfunction of a semiconductor device can be prevented, and if the material 7 is conductive, unnecessary radiation from the device 6 can be prevented.</p> |
