摘要 A microscope and a method of microscopy use structured illumination, involving imaging a grid structure or periodic light distribution on a sample. By displacing the image of the grid structure, imaging is carried out under different phase positions, and a high-resolution sample image is calculated from the recorded images. The grid structure or light distribution is generated by using at least two phase grids arranged one in front of the other, and different orientations of the light distribution perpendicular to the illumination direction are generated by displacing the phase grids relative to one another, with displacement, imaging and calculation being carried out for different orientations.
