PURPOSE:To issue the slips with a single software despite a large number of types of slip forms by performing the editing accordant with each slip form with use of the slip form defining information to be registered. CONSTITUTION:A retrieving part 4 retrieves a register file 1 based on the form identification name inputted to an input buffer 3 and reads out the slip form defining information containing the inputted form identification name to temporarily hold it in a memory 5. Then an editing part 6 edits the contents of each slip inputted to the buffer 3 in accordance with the slip form defining information read out and stored in the memory 5. As a result, a printer 7 of an output means D can output a slip 8 of a desired form based on each of edited slip contents. Thus the slips can be issued by a single software despite a large number of types of slip forms. |
