PURPOSE:To produce the title compsn. having excellent properties. CONSTITUTION:A liq. lactam is impregnated into continuous reinforcing fibers aligned in parallel and surface-treated with a thermoplastic polyurethane emulsion and is polymerized to give the title compsn. Since the emulsion which does not inhibit the polymn. of the lactam is used as a sizing agent, the lactam is impregnated well into the fibers before the polymn., giving the title compsn. with a high reinforcing effect and excellent properties.
