POWDERY DRY-BAKING MATERIAL

PURPOSE:To provide a powdery dry-baking material containing a binder consisting of a compound containing crystallization water, having spreadability in hot state, exhibiting suppressed center swelling and warpage phenomenon liable to occur at the peripheral part of the applied material and having high adhesive force. CONSTITUTION:The subject powdery dry-baking material is composed of 60-80wt.% of a refractory material having controlled particle size and 20-40wt.% (in total) of a silicate and a phosphate containing >=50wt.% of crystallization water. The ratio of the silicate to the phosphate is (15-2) to 1. The powdery dry-baking material may be incorporated with 1-5wt.% (outer percentage) of fine powder of a calcium compound of <=20mum diameter.
