The shower unit has a shower tray (3) movable on a horizontal axle (5) on a wall fixture, and which has flexible connectoins (6-10) for a flexible drainage pipe (6), drainage connecting duct (8) and residual water duct (14). The underneath and side panels of the shower tray have facing panels (11,12) so that when the tray is flapped up, the front and connecting ducts are hidden. An adjustable U-shaped rod (4) supports the front closure panel to the shower cubicle. At least one door (20) moves on a vertical axis and hides the rod on the wall side. A shower cubicle wall (21,22) is positoined on all sides of the U-shaped bracket. The door ends above the shower tray when it is flapped up. USE/ADVANTAGE - The shower unit is easily and compactly built in, flaps down onto the floor for use, and when not in use, looks like a wall-cupboard.
