The colour filter with high sensitivity comprises multiple transparent layers at which multiple photodiodes are formed in matrix shape, multiple colour layers corresponding to the photodiodes, and multilple lenses placed at top of the transparent layer. The size of the lens is greater than the photodiode to reduce the focal length, and the diffraction ratios of the transparent layers are reduced step by step from top to bottom so that the large quantity of the light is focused to the image sensor and the sensitivy is increased.
