The polyester is obtained by (1) ester exchange reacting dicarboxylic acid component and glycol component, (2) adding calcium compound, lithium compound and five valence phosphorus compound, and (3) mixing silica having average particle diameter of 0.1-1.0 micron and particle size distribution ratio (=d25/d75:d25 and d75 are particle diameter corresponding to integrated vols. from largest particle dia. side of 25 vol.% and 75 vol.%, respectively, to the total vol.) of below 1.4. The addition ratio of calcium, lithium and five valence phosphorus compound is satisfied by the equations 150<=C<=300 (I), 50<=Li<=200 (II), 1.1 (Ca+Li)/P 1.5 (III) (where, Ca, Li and P represent the content of pure calcium, lithium and phosphorus to each compound).
