The main components of the wall mounted central heating boiler compse a heating heat exchanger, domestic hot water coil, pump, diverter valve and the associated interconnecting pipework. One boiler chassis (1) is an iron casting incorporating the heating water return and flow connections (3,6), vent (23) and hot water coil chamber (24). The casting has housings for the pump (4') and the diverter valve (5') as well as the interconnecting flow passages (14,15,20) and connection points (18) (21) for the heating heat exchanger.
