An intravasal blocking of the deteriorated blood vessel section is achieved by an inflatable balloon pressure-controlled from outside the organism and located before the blood vessel section and a further such balloon behind the blood vessel section. This produces a treatment chamber cut off for a longer period from the natural blood circulation. The treatment chamber is accessible via several treatment channels issuing into it from outside the organism. A nutrition channel is drawn through the treatment chamber, maintaining a nutrition flow. The treatment chamber is washed, empty of blood, via several treatment channels and is lit for optical observation by light conductors fed through the treatment channels. Through the treatment channels medication and partic. pre-treated solutions by an electrostatic or electro-dynamic field are fed in and out of the treatment chamber, by means of which masses sepd. from the deteriorated blood vessel section are removed.
