The CRT characteristic measuring system comprises a number of cameras, a video processor, a monitor, a CPU, a magnetic field controller, a selector and an output portion. The system simultaneously calculates beam landing states with respect to time, at various points of a cathode ray tube under test using the selector under the control of the CPU, and measures the amount of thermal drift. The system is capable of automatically measuring amount of thermal drift with elapse of time, simultaneously at many points of CRT. The system reduces measuring time and realises standardized measurement by quantifying amount of thermal drift.
