PURPOSE:To provide an edible capsule having excellent effects not found in conventional capsules made of gelatin or agar-agar. CONSTITUTION:This edible capsule can be obtained by incorporating capsule film base with low-strength agar-agar in which the molecules of agar component are cut shortly and whose jelly strength is adjusted to 10-250g/cm<2> at an agar concentration of 1.5%. |
