PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a chromatic member developing a distinct chromatic color as a structural color, more particularly, a chromatic member comprising acrylic organic polymer spherical fine particles having an acidic functional group, which are not colored by a chromatic dye and/or pigment or the like, the chromatic member giving such perpendicular reflection light visible when the member is irradiated with sun rays or with light in a general visible light region, that does not develop a pale structural color such as an opal color but develops a distinct clear and visible structural color in a hue of red (R), blue (B), green (G) and yellow (Y).SOLUTION: A production method is provided for a dispersion of an acidic functional group-containing acrylic organic polymer spherical fine particles developing a structural color, and the method is characterized in that a pH adjusting agent is added to adjust the pH of the dispersion to 7 to 11.SELECTED DRAWING: None |
