PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a crusher capable of crushing even a hard and massive raw material in a predetermined grain size, by preventing biting-in of the raw material by providing a small diameter disc between a plurality of rotary blades.SOLUTION: A rotary blade 3 is fixed around a rotary shaft 2, and the rotary blade is positioned by installing a small diameter positioning ring 4 on both sides of the rotary blade 3, and a rotary blade body 5 composed of the rotary blade and the small diameter positioning ring is installed in a plurality along the rotary shaft 2, and a cylindrical spacer 6 is installed between outer peripheral surfaces of the adjacent small diameter positioning ring, and a biting-in preventive disc 7 of a smaller diameter than a rotation locus of the rotary blade is respectively provided in the respective cylindrical spacers 6, and a rotary blade structure 8 is constituted by such a constitution, and a casing 9 is provided for rotatably journaling the rotary shaft 2 of the rotary blade structure 8, and the casing 9 is opened in an upper surface and an undersurface, and a crushing space E is formed between an opposed side surface 9b of the casing parallel to the rotary shaft 2 and the rotary blade structure 8, and a grain size adjusting fixing plate 20 is provided on the opposed side surface 9b opposed to the rotational direction of the rotary blade 3.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2 |
