PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To identify a pointing position intended by a user, on an image formed by imaging a pointing material which points an object at a distance from the object.SOLUTION: An information processing apparatus includes: a receiving unit which receives an image formed by an imaging unit which images an object and a pointing material pointing the object at a distance from the object; an identifying unit which identifies a position of the pointing material in the image; a calculation unit which calculates displacement of the position of the pointing material in the image with respect to the object, on the basis of information indicating a relative positional relation in a real space between a point of view of a user who points the object with the pointing material, the imaging unit, the pointing material, and the object; and an output unit which outputs an image with a predetermined symbol added thereto, within a predetermined range from a position with the displacement from the position of the pointing material, with respect to the image.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2 |
