PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that it is difficult to prevent an accident such as bumping collision between mobile bodies in an intersection with poor visibility.SOLUTION: An accident prevention information output device 2 includes: a mobile body detection part 201 for detecting a mobile body 5 which travels on a road 4 before an intersection 401 of the road 4, and for acquiring the detection information of the mobile body 5; a mobile body information acquisition part 202 for acquiring mobile body information related to the mobile body on the basis of the detection information from the mobile body detection part 201; a travel condition determination part 203 for determining whether or not a predetermined travel condition is fulfilled on the basis of the mobile body information; and an information output part 204 for, when the travel condition is fulfilled, transmitting information on accident prevention in the intersection 401. An accident prevention information reception device 3 includes: an information reception part 301 for receiving accident prevention information output by the accident prevention information output device 2; and an accident prevention information output part 303 for outputting the accident prevention information received by the information reception part 301.
