The objective of the present invention is to provide a gas-phase hydrogen permeation test device with which it is possible measure safely the permeation behavior of hydrogen in a material in a high-pressure hydrogen atmosphere. This gas-phase hydrogen permeation test device includes: a high-pressure hydrogen supply means; an analysis device; a primary-side pipeline; a secondary-side pipeline; a secondary-side pressure gauge; a primary-side shutoff valve; a primary-side discharge valve; a secondary-side discharge valve; a passive discharge means; a secondary-side shutoff valve; and a control means which closes the primary-side shutoff valve and the secondary-side shutoff valve and opens the primary-side discharge valve and the secondary-side discharge valve if the pressure measured by the secondary-side pressure gauge is equal to or greater than a predetermined value. The primary-side shutoff valve, the primary-side discharge valve and the secondary-side discharge valve are air-driven valves, and the passive discharge means is a safety valve and/or a rupture disk. The high-pressure hydrogen supply means, the primary-side pipeline, the primary-side shutoff valve, the primary-side discharge valve, the passive discharge means, a test piece, and the secondary-side discharge valve are situated in an explosion-proof environment, and the analysis device is situated in a non-explosion-proof environment. |
