PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To create in a simple way electronic binders that permit as easy access as paper binders.SOLUTION: An electronic binder creation control program operating in a printing system having an image formation device that processes printing in accordance with set printing conditions causes the printing system to process data preservation to preserve electronic data on the manuscript to be printed in association with the ID of an electronic binder and index information creation to generate index information stating information to specify the electronic data and printing conditions for the electronic data in association with the ID of the electronic binder, and enables the electronic data to be managed in the same state as the printed result of the manuscript.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
