<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information providing device that properly provides route information according to a facility or stay time of a user. <P>SOLUTION: The information providing device 100 includes: a stay time calculation part 10 that obtains the time in which a user of the information providing device 100 stays in a facility to be used; and an information delivery part 17 that delivers information on a route to a destination to the user in consideration of the obtained user stay time when the user leaves for the destination by use of the facility. The stay time is obtained for each facility and user. The route information in consideration of the stay time information is delivered.
