PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a packed carbonic acid beverage in which a carbonic acid feeling is maintained or increased while maintaining the flavor of a carbonic acid beverage in the carbonic acid beverage in which a carbonic acid feeling is reduced by controlling haze value (EBC) expressing turbidity to 1.0 or more, and a method for producing the same.SOLUTION: In the method for producing a carbonic acid beverage whose haze value (EBC) showing turbidity is 1.0 or more, hardly digestible dextrin of 0.8 wt.% or more to the whole beverage is incorporated. In this way, a packed carbonic acid beverage in which a carbonic acid feeling is maintained or increased while retaining the flavor of the carbonic acid beverage can be obtained.SELECTED DRAWING: None |
