PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a combination therapy of bendamustine with afucosylated CD20 antibody for the treatment of cancer, specifically, the combination treatment of CD20 expressing cancer using bendamustine and afucosylated B-Ly1 antibody.SOLUTION: In order to produce a cancer treatment drug to be used in combination with bendamustine, an afucosylated CD20 antibody is used in which, at Asn297, the amount of fucose is 60% or less of the total oligosaccharide (sugar) content.SELECTED DRAWING: None |
