PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce a dimension of a connector in a longitudinal direction by shortening a distance between an acting part of an operation member and a hooking part of a lock member.SOLUTION: A lock member 50 for maintaining a fitting state of a mating housing comprises: a lock member body 51 that is mounted in a cantilever beam state; a hooking part 53 that is hooked in a lock hole of the mating housing for maintaining a lock state where the fitting state with the mating housing is maintained; and a transmission part 54 that transmits a force for moving the operation member 60 to a rear side of housings 31 and 33 to the lock member body 51 and displaces the hooking part 53 away from the mating side housing. The operation member 60 comprises an acting part 62 that gives a force for moving the operation member 60 to the rear side of the housings 31 and 33 to the transmission part 54. In each of the transmission part 54 and the acting part 62, a plane is formed that is inclined closer to the housings 31 and 33 towards the rear side of the housings 31 and 33.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4 |
