PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress deterioration of extracted oil and a byproduct, and improve oil expression ratio.SOLUTION: An oil expression method is configured so that, after or at the same time as oil bodies wrapping the oil content in cells of rice bran are broken, a raw material for extracting rice oil crude oil is compressed. Specifically, the raw material for extracting oil is heated to a temperature of 100°C or higher and 130°C or lower, then water is applied so that a moisture content percentage becomes 13% or higher and 15% or lower, then the raw material is granulated into a granular state, while applying a voltage and pressure, and the raw material is compressed.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
