PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of a battery capable of stably bringing a probe and a terminal into contact.SOLUTION: The manufacturing method of the battery includes the steps of: preparing a unit cell 10 including an outer can 11 in a flat shape of which the dimension in a width direction is larger than the dimension in a thickness direction, and a terminal 12 that is formed on a side face which is vertical to a height direction of the outer can 11; housing the unit cell 10 in a battery tray in such a manner that the terminal 12 comes to an upper side; and bringing a probe 30 into contact with the terminal 12 and charging the unit cell 10 by making a current flow through the probe 30. The probe 30 has a shape that extends in a first direction in a planar view, and a dimension L of the probe 30 in the first direction is equal to or larger than a dimension (t) of the terminal 12 in the thickness direction of the outer can 11.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5 |
