PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a control device for easily, speedily and quantitatively calculating a focusing position of a fluorescent picture.SOLUTION: A focusing system 1 for a fluorescent picture comprises a fluorescence microscope 10 for imaging a fluorescent image of a preparation 30, and a control device 60 for generating a fluorescent picture from the fluorescent image, extracting a fluorescent luminescent spot from the fluorescent picture, calculating a luminance value of a luminescent spot region where the fluorescent luminescent spot is present, and on the basis of the calculation result, calculating a focusing position of the fluorescent picture.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
