PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a crystal device capable of reducing changes in electric characteristics due to influence of external stress when the device is subjected to the external stress.SOLUTION: A crystal device comprises: a crystal piece 121 composed of a flat plate part 122 having a substantially rectangular parallelepiped shape, a first columnar part 123a provided along one prescribed one side of a lower surface of a flat plate part 122, and a second columnar part 123b provided along one side facing one prescribed side of the lower surface of the flat plate part 122; an excitation electrode part 125 provided on an upper and a lower surface of the flat plate part 122; a lead-out part 126 provided in on a lower surface of the first columnar part 123a or the second columnar part 123b; a wiring part 127 in which one end is connected to the excitation electrode part 125 and the other end is connected to the lead-out part 126; a substrate part 110 in which a mounting pad 111 is provided on the upper surface thereof; a conductive adhesive 140 provided between the mounting pad 111 and the lead-out part 126; and a lid 130 bonded to an upper surface of the substrate part 110.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2 |
