PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power supply device in which no thermal interference occurs even when a DCDC converter and a capacitor are integrated with each other, and which does not require any other heating unit for improving the power storage characteristic of the capacitor at low temperature.SOLUTION: The power supply device includes a DCDC converter 2 for converting the voltage of input DC power voltage and outputting the converted voltage, a capacitor 12 for storing the power output from the DCDC converter 2, and a thermoelectric element 11 which has a heat absorbing surface 11a for absorbing heat through current flow from one terminal to the other terminal, and a heat generating surface 11b for generating heat through flow of the same current therethrough, and generates power due to the temperature difference between the heat absorbing surface 11a and the heat generating surface 11b. The DCDC converter 2 is set to be brought into contact with the heat absorbing surface 11a, and the capacitor 12 is set to be brought into contact with the heat generating surface 11b. When the DCDC converter 2 is in operation, the power generated by the thermoelectric element 11 is stored in the capacitor 12.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
