PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dialkylzinc partial hydrolysate-containing solution whose treatment in the air is possible, and capable of forming a zinc oxide thin film in the air.SOLUTION: Provided is a dialkylzinc partial hydrolysate-containing solution containing the partial hydrolysate represented by the general formula (1) and a solvent, the solvent has a boiling point of 160°C or higher, has an amide structure represented by the following general formula (2), and also being an organic compound having an annular structure. The partial hydrolyte is obtained by hydrolysis with water in the range of 0.4 to 0.9 at a molar ratio to zinc in the dialkylzinc. Also provided is a method for producing a zinc oxide thin film obtaining a zinc oxide thin film by applying the base material with the dialkylzinc partial hydrolysis-containing solution.SELECTED DRAWING: None |
