PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solid-liquid extraction device and a solid-liquid extraction method which hardly allows fine powder to pass through a filter and can retain clarity of extracted liquid high.SOLUTION: A useful component in raw material is extracted as extracted liquid by supplying solvent into raw material. A solid-liquid extraction device includes a tank which has a filter part for filtering the extracted liquid on a lower part and stores raw material and solvent, a raw material supply part which supplies the raw material containing fine powder having a size capable of passing through the filter part, a solvent supply part which supplies solvent from the upper side into the tank and an extracted liquid discharge part which discharges the extracted liquid extracted, from the lower side of the tank. The solvent is supplied to a liquid surface level when the raw material accumulated in layers on the filter part of the tank is immersed in solvent and, thereafter, supply of solvent and discharge of the extracted liquid are continuously performed such that the liquid surface level of solvent in the tank becomes constant. The solid-liquid extraction device is regulated such that an average flow rate when the solvent passes through the raw material accumulated in layers becomes 8.5 mm/min or less in the height direction of the tank.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
