PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a game machine capable of optimally executing a game in an inside-circulation type game machine.SOLUTION: When a power shutdown is detected after balls are supplied to a ball shooting unit 66 and before the balls are shot, the game machine retains the supplied balls in the ball shooting unit 66 without shooting the balls. During startup processing to be executed when the power is applied again, unconditionally (whether or not to retain the balls in the ball shooting unit 66), the ball shooting unit 66 is driven.
