PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a portable measuring instrument capable of reducing impact and breakdown even when it is dropped, and furthermore capable of protecting a display panel, and enhancing the browsability of information displayed on the display panel.SOLUTION: In a portable measuring instrument 1 where a pair of buffer members 201, 202 composed of elastic bodies are attached to the body 100, a display panel exposed to the surface of the body and capable of displaying the measurement information, and a protective cover 110 provided rotatably between a covering position for covering the display panel and an exposure position for exposing the display panel are provided in the body 100. The pair of buffer members 201, 202 are provided with protective cover holding parts 2021, 2022 for holding the protective cover at the exposure position for exposing the display panel.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
