PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information providing device, an information providing system, an information providing method, and a program that can provide a user with appropriate information when prompting the user to perform interactive operation.SOLUTION: An information providing device in an embodiment includes a connection information processing unit and an output processing unit. The connection information processing unit determines whether connection information on communication connection is input or not.
