Disclosed is an aerial shooting device having a function of keeping a real-time shot image vertical. The aerial shooting device comprises a rotor wing, a supporting frame, a wireless transmitter, a controller, and a camera. The rotor wing is disposed at the top end of the supporting frame. The controller is disposed inside a cavity in the middle of the supporting frame. The camera is suspended at the bottom of the cavity of the supporting frame and does not extend out of the supporting frame. The camera comprises a central processing unit, a gravity sensor, a gyroscope, a camera lens, a storage unit, a display module, and buttons. The gravity sensor, the gyroscope, the camera lens, the storage unit, the display module, and the buttons are connected to the central processing unit separately. The aerial shooting device adopts a gravity sensor and a gyroscope, can accurately measure an angle of inclination of a camera on the aerial shooting device, and resolve the problem of inclination of a picture or a video shot by the camera. |
