Provided are a polymer film and a preparation method therefor, the polymer film comprising: a substrate film; a first polymer layer positioned on the substrate film and comprising a first polymer having a repeating unit represented by chemical formula 1; and a second polymer layer positioned on the first polymer layer and comprising a second polymer having a repeating unit represented by chemical formula 2, wherein the first polymer layer further comprises an alkali ion-attached graphene oxide.
